3. Bookings and Appointments

• Appointments may be booked online via Calendly, by phone, or by text message.
• We will confirm your appointment within a reasonable time after booking.
• Pricing may vary by vehicle size, condition, and service — final pricing is confirmed prior to service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather or circumstances outside our control.

• Members may cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing or benefits with 30 days' written notice.
